Ito Technologies · On-chain asset management

The asset manager, rebuilt as code.

A strategy used to live in a prospectus and in a manager's judgement. At Ito it lives in a vault: a piece of code that takes in signals, follows rules fixed at launch, trades across on-chain venues and returns the yield to whoever holds it.

Anatomy of a vault

One object, five parts.

Every Ito strategy is a single on-chain object. Here it is taken apart, in the order capital moves through it. Scroll through it, or pick a part.

01 · The vault

A strategy you can hold.

You deposit an asset and receive a share of the vault. The share is a token in your own wallet. Its value is the vault's net asset value, which anyone can verify on chain at any moment, block by block.

Keys stay with youSelf-custody from deposit to exit.

02 · Signals in

Signals go in. Nothing else does.

The strategy reads institutional market data: volatility, prices and positioning across the market. It is a read-only input. The vault decides with it, but nothing ever settles against it.

Read-onlyData informs the rules. It cannot move capital.
Institutional gradeThe same data desks and funds trade on.
Exchange prices onlyEvery trade settles at the venue's price.

1Market data is licensed from Block Scholes, which also builds and audits the vaults for a fixed fee. It never takes custody of investor assets and does not share in vault profit.

03 · Rules locked

The rules are fixed at launch.

A strategy is written as code, audited, and deployed once. After that nobody can amend it: there are no administrator keys and no discretion over client capital. What an investor reviews before allocating is exactly what runs.

No administrator keysNo one holds an override.
Audited before launchReviewed line by line, then sealed.
What you read runsThe published code is the mandate.

04 · Venues

One vault, many venues.

The vault reaches the market directly. It routes orders to decentralised exchanges, across chains, through connectors written into the strategy. There is no trading desk in the middle, and each fill lands back in the vault.

Direct to marketOrders go from the vault to the venue.
Across chainsConnectors reach liquidity where it sits.
Settled on chainEvery fill is a transaction you can trace.

05 · Yield returned

Yield returns to the holder.

What the strategy earns accrues to the vault, and so to every share in it. Strategies are built for defined downside: capital-protected structures on bitcoin, ether and stablecoin holdings. The holder keeps the keys throughout and can leave whenever they choose.

Who it's for

For holders who will not hand over the keys.

Ito is built for institutions that hold digital assets for the long term and want them to earn, without giving custody or discretion to anyone else.

Foundations

Put a treasury to work on its own terms, with every rule published and every position visible to the community it serves.

Treasury companies

Earn yield on bitcoin, ether and stablecoin holdings through a strategy the board can read before it signs off.

Institutional allocators

Choose from a shelf of strategies. Each one is an independent vault you opt into, and leave, on your own schedule.

The people

Investment judgement, and the infrastructure to encode it.

The people who know which strategies work sit inside the firm, next to the market data and the engineers who turn a strategy into a vault.
